After price hike of PET fiber chip yesterday afternoon, ruling offer for good-quality semi-dull chip moved up to 9200yuan/mt by cash, or 9300yuan/mt (90 days payment) in Xiaoshan and Shaoxing today, against ruling traded price at 9100-9150yuan/mt by cash, or 9200yuan/mt and 9300yuan/mt (90 days payment). Downstream market still adopted wait-and-see attitude at high price.

Bright chip market showed a little chaotic. Talked price stabilized at 8800-8900yuan/mt by cash, ex-work, with higher offer at 9000yuan/mt by cash. In addition, CDP chip market remained fluctuating and its talked price was pegged at 9850-9950yuan/mt (180 days payment).

Under fluctuating polyester market, PET fiber chip may shiver at current level.
　
Shaoxing Jiabao will be restarted one semi-dull FDY unit, with capacity of 200kt in 10th Aug.
