MOC to Hold CPL Anti-dumping Hearing
China Ministry of Commerce decided to hold CPL anti-dumping case hearing on Nov 4, according to its Announcement No.225 published on Oct 13. Applicants to attending the hearing should fill a registration table and put it forward to Ministry of Commerce within ten days of the announcement (that is before Oct 22). Besides the registration table, applicants are required to hand in some proofs and one summary of the speech prepared on the hearing.

On Apr 22, 2010, China Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued announcement No.24 and said it would start anti-dumping investigation on caprolactam originated from United States and EU.
The products involved in the case are under the import and export tax code 29337100.
The investigation is conducted to see whether there is dumping and whether and how the dumping has damaged China's caprolactam industry.
