30 Chinese Designers Compete for Tickets into Paris
"Caesar 2010 China Clothing Design Contest (CCDC) " will be held in China World Trade Center Exhibition Hall in Beijing in October 28th-30th. The qualified designers will go to Paris to present in "China in Paris Showroom", to exhibit the ideas of creation-in-China.
Three years ago, China Garment Association, as an organization for guide and promotion of industry brand development, held the event of fashion creative space and Chinese Fashion Design Contest in Shanghai, to promote the upgrading of industrial innovation.
With its success in past two editions, China Clothing Design Contest (CCDC) will continue the previous successful creative experience, explore and invites 30 outstanding talented designers to participate in the contest. The expected designer team gathers new talents from overseas, local originals, previous award-winning designers and brand design directors.
CCDC will turn out eight awards, as Yizhihui Art Creative Award, SHIATZY CHEN Culture Value Award, Xi Jewelry Luxury Award, Nancy K Fashion Pioneer Brand Award, JIE.SI Best Deigner Award, Guo Pei Bespoke Award, SUNRISE Men��s Wear Award and FASHION INLIFE Award.
However, the more attractive value of CCDC is the experience for the designer, a huge bonus can not be replaced any money.
Winners the contest will have the opportunity to enter the CCDC's domestic and international business platforms, including being invited to participate in the CHIC - China International Clothing & Accessories Fair in next March; being invited to participate in Beijing Huamao Gallery project; bejing invited to participate in the "China in Paris Showroom" event holding during Paris Clothing Week in October, and extend their international commercial channels. CCDC gathers the domestic and international commercial projects together, as well as promotional activities to form a complete circle.
Organizers said the contest is not the only purpose of this activity, but hope that through this event to promote the domestic designers in CHIC show and the industry, and through the Paris Fashion Week platform to communicate with international buyers in Paris and Europe, particularly to achieve international trade.
