CCF PP& PP Fiber Prices

Today, crude oil rebounded, which supported PP market somehow and suppliers stopped reducing offers but some remained active to sell goods. The downstream demand also recovered slightly. The ex-work prices of PP powder in Shandong recovered slightly but transactions were limited.

In North China, prices changed slightly and the mainstream price of T30S was at 12000-12250yuan/mt. Suppliers quoted stably and market atmosphere recovered slightly, but transactions remained limited.

In East China, prices kept stable and the mainstream price of T30S was at 12200-12400yuan/mt. Some suppliers were active to sell goods but downstream demand remained modest.

In South China, prices were steady and the mainstream price of T30S was at 12400-12500yuan/mt. With the support of crude oil and plastic futures, suppliers with stable sentiment didn’t change offers and sold goods actively, but transactions were modest.

PP fiber market presented stable and the mainstream price of PP staple fiber 1.5D in East China was at 14500yuan/mt while the mainstream price of PP elastic yarn 35D in Jiangsu and Zhejiang was at 16000-16300yuan/mt. The orders and transactions of PP staple fiber increased while PP filament yarn kept modest.
