Prices Rebound - Cotton Market Sumamry (Dec 1-15, 2010)
ICE and ZCE cotton futures rebounded recently on concern that global supplies would lag behind demand and India’s output may be lower than estimated. The futures market propped up spot sentiment. Offers for spot cotton were raised although the sales were not satisfactory.
With cotton price rebounding, the price spread with PSF enlarged while that with VSF narrowed.
