CPL Firm, Chip and Yarn Adjustment - Nylon Market Summary (Dec 1-15, 2010)
Spot CPL market kept firm in H1 Dec on relatively tight supply and high cost. Chip market was in adjustment affected by firm cost against restricted downstream demand. Nylon filament yarn finished previous orders gradually and lowered offers slightly for new sales orders.
Operating rate of polymerization and nylon plants almost kept steady. Nylon inventory accumulated somewhat.
