China Nylon 6 Chip Market Daily (28 Mar 2011)

Nylon 6 chips
* RMB assessment price of domestic N6 HS* chips: 31600yuan/mt
* RMB assessment price of domestic N6 CS* chips: 29700yuan/mt

HS chips market remained firm. Low-grade products kept firm at 30500yuan/mt, ex-works or 3100yuan/mt by acceptance, delivered, with a few downstream plants' purchasing majorly in small orders. High-grade prices held firm at 33000yuan/mt by acceptance, delivered or 32000yuan/mt by cash, ex-works.

In CS chip market, semi-dull monofilament chip stabilized at 30500-30800yuan/mt, with low inventory level. While bright chip producers, suffering from the inventory pressure as well as tight capital capacity, were weak to push up prices, though the current feedstock cost were quite high. Trading prices were between the rang of　29600-30000yuan/mt, with product concentrated in the lower part.
