Market Review
Part of the NFY products was steady in trading prices, while the general mood was still weak.
In POY market, high-grade 86Dtex/24F was traded steadily at around 32000yuan/mt. Only a few sourced were lower due to inventory pressure. Low-grade products were traded at around 30000yuan/mt by cash.
In FDY market, semi-dull 70D/24F for jet spinning was traded lower at around 31500yuan/mt or slightly higher.
In DTY market, high-grade semi-dull 70D/24F was offered mainly at 35500yuan/mt and traded at 35000yuan/mt or higher.
Plant operation
Plant operation rate was lower to 77%, and plant inventory lifted up to around 32.5days. Recent run-cut of NFY plants and low NFY stock amid downstream plants drove market selling better, and some NFY plants held production and sales in balance now. The previously surging pace of NFY inventory in makers was also stopped.
