Vice-President of CNTAC Mr.Gaoyong: “white list” system will make textile trade more safe and convenient
Vice-President Mr.Gaoyong:“white list”will make textile trade more safe and convenient. Currently, the“White List Registry System”which was established jointly by China National Textile and Apparel Council (CNTAC) and Japanese Textile Federation had finished its development and began to run the on-line test, then the qualification verification of printing and dyeing plants for the“White List”had started. Gaoyong said, Japanese Textile Federation put forward a self-regulatory standard of“free of special azo dyes in the textile”, and it planned to detect special azo dyes for the export products. He highlight that as for our Chinese export enterprises, we should try to make ourselves adapt to other’s specification and requirement, while at the same time, we should improve our own product criterion. Once we are accustomed to this new criterion, it would also be a new improvement for our own production quality and corporate reputation. So in this view, the“White List Management System”did benefit not only the smoothly running of the Chinese textile products export to Japan, but also the improvement of Chinese textile products’quality awareness and safety consciousness in all respects.
