Feb 10th Daily Review on Polyester Prices
Today, the cargo that had arrived at the ports is quoted 1105 dollars in Asian MEG market. Buyers offer 1095-1100 dollars/ton. Discussions are around 1100-1102 dollars/ton. Buying offers with protective tariff is around 1110 dollars/ton and the discussions are around 1105-1107 dollars/ton with CFR and L/C 90 Days.
Polyester bottle chips price is steady in the domestic market today. Leading manufacturers in China quoted the good for 12100 Yuan/ton by cash. The downstream bidding price is around 11900 Yuan/ton and the practical discussions are around 11950-12050 Yuan/ton by cash. The trading atmosphere is dull and the real trades are rare.
Today, PTA price dropped in domestic market. Supplier quoted the goods for 9100-9150 Yuan/ton. The downstream bidding price is around 9050 Yuan/ton and the practical discussions are around 9050-9100 Yuan/ton.
Today, polyester staple fiber decreased in the market. In East China, 1.4D*38mm direct spinning PSF is now quoted 12400-12500 Yuan/ton.
