Men's Suits Retail Sales Worth CNY33.04 million of Beijing in Dec.

Beijing Dec. - Sales value of men’s suits in Beijing 22 mid-to-high range department stores was CNY33.0436 million,according to Beijing Commercial Information Consultation Center. The data was 7.46% lower than last month and higher 4.84% than the corresponding period last year.

Wangfujing Department Store reported a CNY8.01 million sales value, + 16.52 % m/m ,claiming the top rank. Yansha Youyi Shopping Mall claimed the 2nd by a CNY5.36 million sales value. Xidan Department Store and Cuiwei Palace between CNY 3.5 million and CNY 4 million, claimed the 3rd and 4th rank respectively. Shunyi Guotai dropped 20.25%m/m,less than CNY 3 million, claimed the 5th rank. Men’s suits sales value in the rest stores were less than CNY 2 million.

Wangfujing Department Store: champion also in sales volume

Wangfujing department store increased sharply nearly 30%m/m, market share up to 22.73% in Men’s suits sales volume in Beijing 22 mid-to-high range department stores in December 2011.Ranked from the second last month to the first position. Shunyi Guotai dropped by 31.37%m/m, falling to the second.The market share of Shunyi Guotai was 16.08%.FuxingCommercial City shared for 14.05% and claimed the third rank. The market shares of the stores ranked from fourth to tenth were less than 10% in sales volume.

S.D.Spontini reported a CNY1.96 million sales value, claiming the top rank. Followed by VICTOR, ranking second, sales value was CNY 1.72 million. Kwunkeetailor ranked third,.Youngor increased by 54.11%m/m, claiming the fourth rank. Wumu, Youngor and EVE DE UOMO were claiming the 1st, 2nd and 3rd rank in sales volume , accounting for 6.15%, 5.42% and 4.11% of market share respectively. The market shares of the brands ranked from fourth to tenth were less than 3.5% in sales volume.
