The supplier quotes the goods for 2,300-2,320 dollars/ton, the bidding price of downstream manufacturer is around 2,290 dollars/ton and the practical discussion is near by 2,290-2,300 dollars/ton. Now the trading atmosphere is cold and with little negotiations.
