Today RMB spot market of CPL is cold in China. Now the supplier quotes the goods for 18,300-18,500 Yuan/ton, the bidding price of downstream manufacturer is around 18,200-18,300 Yuan/ton and the practical discussion is near by 18,300-18,400 Yuan/ton. The trading atmosphere is cold and with little negotiations.
