Yarn Expo China opens next week
Yarn Expo China opens next week with nearly 150 upstream yarns and fibre supplies from ten countries and regions including China (105 exhibitors) , India (26 exhibitors), Pakistan (8 exhibitors), plus individual exhibitors from Hong Kong China, Indonesia, Singapore, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey and Vietnam.
The three days fair held from 29 March 2012 at the China World Trade Centre covers 5,500 sqm of trade space a features a variety of natural fibres and yarns including cotton, wool, flax/ramie specialty products; elastic, fancy and blended yarns as well as regenerated and synthetic man-made fibres.
To maximise buyer sourcing time, suppliers are divided into clearly signposted areas including:
• India pavilion presenting their latest range of cottons
• Pakistan Zone presenting cotton yarns at competitive price points.
Meanwhile domestic exhibitors will group according to products including:
• Cotton Yarn Zone
• Linen / Ramie Zone
• Man-Made Fibre and Yarn Zone
• Debut Nylon Zone
Among the returning leading domestic brands this season are Kingdom Holdings Limited showcasing linen/ramie, Lingxian Baoding Textile Co Ltd showcasing cotton, Shandong Ruyi Group showcasing high quality cotton and Wuxi Textile Material Exchange Center Co Ltd also showcasing fine spun cotton.
